Nick Krsnich birdied the first playoff hole to win the 34th Senior Amateur Championship (Champions Division) at Old Trail - Fazio
JUPITER, Fla. (Oct. 13, 2013) -- Nick Krsnich birdied the first playoff hole to win the 34th Senior Amateur Championship (Champions Division) at Old Trail - Fazio.
Tied at 143 (70-73) with Daniel Russo 71-72--143, Krsnich made a six foot birdie putt for the victory.
Darryl Osler finished third at 71-73--144, Robbie Dew was fourth 73-72--145 and Marty Rifkin finished in fifth place at 72-74--146.
Paul Quigley won the Senior Division (60 & older) with rounds of 75-72--147. Rick Meli finished second at 76-73--149 and Jack Mansmann was third at 76-74--150.
Terry Louis won the Open Net Division with rounds of 70-67--137. Bill Jaros was second at 72-67--139 and Aldo Butera finished third at 70-74--144.
About the Palm Beach Senior
Format is 36-holes of stroke play with Senior (50- 59), Super Senior (60-69), and Legend (70+) divisions. Open to all PBCGA members who have reached their 50th birthday by the start of the tournament.
