Thanks to Alice Chen's 6-under 67, New Jersey notched a 1st-place tie with Meghan Stasi and Florida

KETTERING, Ohio (Sept. 18, 2013) -- On the strength of Alice Chen's 5-under 67, New Jersey forged a first-place tie with Florida after two rounds of play at the 2013 U.S. Women's State Team at NCR Country Club. Chen shot her second straight round in the red to pace New Jersey while Florida took another solid round from established women's amateur Meghan Stasi. Arizona is third after leading overnight. Hannah O'Sullivan, who paced the team in Round 1 with a 71, shot 73 on Wednesday to lead the team again. Chen leads the individual leaderboard at 7-under. She's four shots up on Bryana Nguyen of Maryland. Sullivan of Arizona is third at 2-under entering the third and final round. For full field results, use the link below.
