Mike Occi prevailed in a playoff over Larry Martone at the 2013 Washington Metropolitan Senior Amateur

BETHESDA, MD (Sept. 17, 2013) — It took extra holes at the 2013 Washington Metropolitan Senior Amateur, but eventually it was Mike Occi prevailing over Larry Martone to claim victory. Both players shot 36-hole totals of 139, with Occi firing 69 on Tuesday and Martone following up a 66 with a final-round 73. Martone held a four-shot lead heading into Tuesday. Joe LeFavor finished in third place alone at 141, shooting 70-71.
