Tim Cox and Steve Condore win Senior Better Ball with two day total of 134
PALM BEACH, FL (May 16, 2006) -- Tim Cox & Steve Condore teamed up for a final round 5 under par 67 and a two day total of 134 to win this year's Senior Better Ball. Their final round included 4 birdies an eagle and one bogey.
Tied for second two shots back were the teams of Steve Earsley & Richard Browning (67-69--136) and Lenny Loyd & Clyde Gibson (63-73--136).
Bob Patterson & Jim Lantz teamed up to win the Net Division with rounds of 63-63--126.
There were two skins in the first round. Rick Westwood & Gil Turner eagle #6 - $160 and Mike Spillane & Stan Zabytko eagle #16 - $160.
There were 5 skins in the second round, each worth $64 per team. Larry Derito & Bill Luceno birdie #1, Steve Earsley & Richard Browning birdie #2, Bill O'Keefe & Charles Hall birdie #10, Tim Cox & Steve Condore eagle #16 and Ed Little & Steve LeBrun birdie #17.
