Kyle Cox fired a final-round 64 to prevail by an impressive eight shots at the 2013 Indiana Golf Association Public Links Championship
KNIGHTSTOWN, Ind. (June 29, 2013) -- Kyle Cox fired a final-round 64 to prevail by an impressive eight shots at the 2013 Indiana Golf Association Public Links Championship.
Cox was tied with Brad Gray after Round 1. Both competitors shot 5-under 66. Cox, however, improved upon that first-round tally with a 7-under 64 to prevail over a surge of scores from the field.
Gray struggled with a second-round 73 to finish tied for fourth place.
Rylan Porter and Skip Runnells both shot identical rounds of 68-70 to finish 4-under and tied for second place while Justin Wenger tied with Gray at 3-under and fourth place.
