The newest Odyssey putters to hit the market in 2019 will be all about weight distribution for an improved stroke. That’s especially true in the new Stroke Lab line of putters, which features an innovative new shaft to address a common weakness in putting: inconsistency.

A lighter Stroke Lab putter is made possible by a new multi-material shaft design that combines a graphite body with a steel tip. The effect of that weight distribution on the stroke is dramatic, and Odyssey studies show increased consistency in backswing time, face-angle at impact, ball speed, and ball direction.

In essence, a Stroke Lab putter is designed to make the putting stroke more repeatable.

“You feel the difference immediately,” said Luke Williams, senior director of putter marketing. “The putterhead moves freely, smoothly and on a sound path, helping you roll the ball accurately while giving you greater speed-control.”

Odyssey will also debut a new EXO Putter with Stroke Lab in 2019, a model that combines three of the brand’s newest innovations: EXO construction, White Hot Microhinge Insert, and Stroke Lab Weighting.

Finally, the Odyssey Toulon Design Putters will combine beauty and performance. Each model in this collection represents a union of premium materials, intelligent design, craftsmanship, shaping and advanced performance technology.

Multi-material Stroke Lab Shaft for Innovative Weight Distribution
Tip-heavy graphite and steel shaft saves 40 grams that’s relocated into each end of the putter to change performance dynamics.

Slightly Stiffer and Lower Torque for Increased Control
The Stroke Lab shaft is slightly stiffer and lower torque compared to standard putter shafts for to better control the slightly heavier head.

Sole Weights and Grip Weight for a Smooth and Accurate Stroke
Additional weight in the sole and butt-end of the grip change the putter’s dynamics to help golfers consistently repeat a smoother and more accurate stroke.

White Hot Microhinge Face Insert for a Great Feel and Smooth Roll
Combines legendary White Hot feel with dozens of microhinges embedded across the face that promote topspin for smooth roll and acute distance control.

Maximum Forgiveness From Multi-Material Construction
EXO delivers an incredibly high MOI design from a premium multi-material construction. With the lightweight 6061 milled aluminum exo-cage, we removed weight from the center of the head and redistributed it into the perimeter of the head, which is made of 17-4 stainless steel. This is how we’re able to concentrate the weight, driving up the MOI significantly for more consistent ball speeds and directional control.

Legendary White Hot Feel and Immediate Roll
White Hot is one of the most successful inserts of all time with its revolutionary feel, incredible sound, and iconic performance. We’ve taken White Hot and combined it with our proven Microhinge technology that creates immediate forward roll for more consistent accuracy and distance control.

Stroke Lab Shaft Weighting To Enhance Your Performance
Odyssey's revolutionary new multi-material Stroke Lab Shaft is designed for innovative weight distribution. This graphite and steel shaft saves weight that’s relocated into each end of the putter to dramatically change performance dynamics to promote a smoother and more accurate stoke.

Mallets (And Mallets With Toe Hang)
Odyssey continues to lead in the mallet category, and EXO provides both face balanced options (which reduce face rotation in the stroke) and toe hang options (which allow for more face rotation in the stroke) on each model. No matter your stroke, we’ve got mallets with ultra high MOI to help you make more putts.

Odyssey EXO Putters with Stroke Lab will be available March 29, 2019 for $349.99.

Deep Diamond Mill Across The Face
Deep cross-hatch grooves are engineered across the entire face to control sound and feel by channeling vibration. The small groove inside each diamond pattern is designed to improve the quality of the roll.

New Charcoal Smoke Finish
Odyssey Toulon is recognized for its beautiful craftsmanship and appealing look, and we’ve elevated our collection with an impressive new Charcoal Smoke Finish.

New Options To Enhance Your Performance
Each new model is available in our groundbreaking new Stroke Lab Design, with a Stroke Lab shaft for incredible tempo and consistency, a 20 gram steel soleplate, and pistol or oversized grips. Our all new Palm Beach and Las Vegas compact mallets are already very popular among the world’s best Touring Professionals.

New Odyssey Toulon Design Branding
Odyssey's new 2019 models prominently feature Odyssey Toulon design branding to fully establish our position as part of the #1 Putter Brand in Golf, and a strong leader in performance and innovation for milled designs.

Odyssey Toulon Design Putters will be available March 1, 2019 for $399.99.
