Callaway has released a yellow version of its popular ERC Soft golf ball, and also used the opportunity to give back
When it comes to golf balls, yellow is all the rage. Beginning today, Callaway is taking it a step further. Callaway will donate $4 for every dozen ball pack sold of its ERC Soft Yellow golf balls in support of Children’s Miracle Hospital Network. The effort runs from April 19 to May 31.
“Callaway Golf is honored to support the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals -- an outstanding organization -- through this Play Yellow initiative,” Callaway President & CEO, Chip Brewer said in a release. “We’re inspired by the golf industry’s broad effort to rally around this important cause and campaign.”
ERC Soft Yellow features groundbreaking technologies like Callaway’s largest Graphene-infused Dual SoftFast Core. Like the original ERC Soft Ball, which was released earlier in 2019, the Yellow features a hybrid cover that feels soft, promotes spin without sacrificing control and allows for faster balls speeds and longer distances.
Callaway has also prominently featured Triple Track lines on the ball for improved putting accuracy. Triple Track uses Vernier Visual Acuity to improve alignment compared to a regular side stamp alignment aid.
