Callaway and Jon Rahm ink long-term extension

A leader in equipment and a mainstay on leaderboards will continue a tremendously successful partnership for the long haul.
When it comes to golf endorsement deals, there are very few “no-brainers.” One of those, however, was announced this week as Callaway Golf and Jon Rahm agreed to a long-term extension to their partnership.
The agreement seemed inevitable seeing that both sides have benefitted tremendously since Callaway and Rahm officially shook hands back in 2021. The OEM continues to have an international golf superstar and current OWGR No. 3 player, and “Rahmbo” continues to game the equipment that has been a part of his greatest professional accomplishments.
"I'm so happy to continue this incredible relationship with Callaway and I truly have played the best golf of my career with their equipment," Rahm said. "From the driver to the golf ball, they continue to set the bar higher with every new product line, and I'm looking forward to many more great years with their team."
After joining the Callaway professional staff roster, Rahm quickly won his first major championship at the 2021 U.S. Open held at Torrey Pines. It was that victory that earned him his first time as the top-ranked player in the world. Thus far in 2023, Rahm has four victories highlighted by a Green Jacket in April at the Masters.
Also occurring in 2021, Callaway purchased Topgolf. The following year it was announced that the company would change its corporate name to Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. With Rahm’s extension it doesn’t just mean he’ll continue to play Callaway equipment, but we will also continue to see the Topgolf logo on his shirt sleeve. In addition, Rahm will continue to be outfitted in TravisMathew apparel including Cuater golf shoes (also part of Topgolf Callaway Brands).
