Designed by Keith Foster, The Bandit offers a
varied and strategic layout, with unique and
well-designed holes. Foster makes brilliant use
of the property's elevation changes, especially at
holes like the 5th with its canted fairway, and at
the elevated tee shots at #8 and #16. The
Bandit has several good short par 4's, but the
highlight of the course is the set of par 5's,
which use water as a hazard in different ways,
but none more dramatically than at the 552-yard
18th, which is one of the best finishing holes in
the state.
