Shady Oaks Country Club

Located in the Westover Hills area seven miles from downtown Fort Worth, Shady Oaks Country Club was designed in 1959 by Robert Trent Jones, Lawrence Hughes, and Ralph Plummer. The course is best known for its affiliation with Ben Hogan, who spent many years there and loved the club and the course. Hogan memorabilia, from magazine articles to golf clubs to Hogan's very own lockers perfectly preserved just as he left them, decorate the hallways and golf shop.
