Bandon Dunes Golf Resort - Old Macdonald

Old Macdonald is the fourth course at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. The layout, which opened for play on June 1, 2010, is a tribute to Charles Blair Macdonald (1856-1939), the father of American golf course architecture and founder of the U.S. Golf Association. Designed by Tom Doak and Jim Urbina, Old Macdonald features the classic principles and strategies that Macdonald incorporated into his own courses, chiefly National Golf Links of America in Southampton, New York.
