Course Description

Charles River Country Club was designed by Donald Ross and opened in 1921. After hosting many tournaments over the years, the club hosted its first USGA championship in 2003 when it welcomed golfers from around the US to play in the State Team Championship, won by Tennessee. Charles River will be the second qualifying venue during the 2013 U.S. Amateur, with matches being played at The Country Club in Brookline.
