Despite the proliferation of new courses nationwide, Saunton's two courses have stood up well to the competition. The East Course is ranked No.32 in the Golf World "Top 100 Courses" and the West Course is No 67. And there is only one Club with 2 better links courses in the whole country and that is St Andrews!
