Started playing golf at a young age in MN. My dad was a good golfer and started me early. I played my first 9 holes at age 6. I caddied and worked on the grounds crew of local course in high school where I played and practiced a lot. I moved to CA at age 26 and was about a 7 handicap. Playing all-year round, getting lessons, the right equipment and playing in tournaments has really made me a better player.
