KGA veteran Doug Kaup of Phillipsburg finished in third place at 1-over par 145 total. Thanks to the city of Wichita and to the entire staff of Auburn Hills Golf Course for hosting the KGA Public Links for the second time. The city owned layout was designed by Perry Dye and opened in 2000. The KGA last hosted the Public Links at Auburn Hills in 2003.
