Indiana Four-Ball: Harris/Moore lead early
CAMBY, Ind. (May 17, 2013) -- Last year’s runners-up Brian Harris and Derek Moore have put themselves in a good position after day one of the IGA Four Ball Championship held at Heartland Crossing GC. Harris and Moore fired a team best ball 64, 8-under-par for the day to gain a one shot lead over Matthew Vitale and Colin Reenan.
Harris and Moore’s round consisted of nine birdies coming on the par 4, 1st, the par 4, 4th, the par 3, 11th, the par 5, 13th, the par 3, 14th, the par 4, 17th, and the par 4, 18th.
The duo only carded one bogey on the par 4, 15th hole. Marty Rifkin and Bill Miller sit alone in third at 6-under-par for the tournament.
