Kansas Sr. Four-Ball: Norton/Addington rally
ANDOVER, Kan. (May 8, 2013) -- With a final round 8-under par 63, Bryan Norton and Mark Addington came from behind to win the 25th Senior Four-Ball Championship at Terradyne Country Club.
Norton/Addington trailed by two shots going into the final round. Steve Groom & Karl Elbrecht finished two shots back at 11-under par 131 total. In the Super Senior Division, Ron Brewer & David Anderson used rounds 68 and 66 to win the Super Senior by two shots over the team of Doug Kaup/Bob Vidricksen. In the Net Division, back to back rounds of 10-under par 61 were good enough to claim victory Willie Scott and Bob Hunter.
The 36-hole two-person team championship is open to KGA golfers age 50 & older and features gross & net scoring within three divisions.
