SCGA Four-Ball: Joey, Tony Behrstock take lead
LA HABRA HEIGHTS, Calif. (Nov. 13, 2012) -- The brother duo of Joey and Tony Behrstock (pictured) shot an opening round 64 to grasp the lead at the 22nd SCGA Four-Ball Championship, being held at Hacienda GC. The pair had eight birdies and one bogey as they made their way through the 6,900 yard, par 71 layout.

Sitting one stroke back are SCGA veterans Don DuBois and Jeff Wilson, who had five birdies, an eagle and one lone bogey. Nine teams are within three strokes of the lead, however, heading into the championship's final round including 2012 SCGA Foursomes runner-ups Tim Hogarth and Corby Segal and 2006 SCGA Four-Ball Champions David Bartman and Robert Funk.

The final round of play begins at 8 a.m. Tuesday while the groups will tee off of holes one and 10.

ABOUT THE SCGA Four-Ball

This event is open to members with handicap indexes of 6.4 and below. Players will compete over 18 holes of qualifying four-ball stroke play to determine the 52 teams which advance to the championship. The Championship is conducted over 36 holes of stroke play.
