Brandon Gama takes Coronado City
CORONADO, Calif. (Oct. 6, 2012) -- Brandon Gama fired rounds of 68-70--138 to finish atop the leaderboard at the 2012 City of Coronado Amateur Championship at Coronado Golf Course.
Gama was one shot better than Ed Susolik (69-70--139) and Mark Stuart (67-72--139), who tied for second place.
Wonje Choi was came storming back in Round 2 with a 68, which followed up a first-round 72, to finish alone in fourth place while Max Alcorn (71-70--141), Tom Isaak (70-71--141) and Jesus Macarty (69-72--141) tied for fifth place.

36-hole
stroke play event with Open and Senior divisions. Must
be at least 16 years of age with current amateur
status. Max handicap 6.0. Played in memory of
longtime Coronado GC Professional John Ruedi.
