Senior Hall of Fame: Exber, Schlachter tied for lead
HIGH POINT, N.C. (June 21, 2012) -- Brady Exber and Paul Schlachter are tied for the lead heading into the final round of play at the 2012 National Senior Amateur Hall of Fame tournament at High Point Country Club.
Exber used rounds of 71 and 72 to reach 143 for the tournament's first two days and is knotted atop the leaderboard after Schlachter's second-round 70 Thursday.
The pair is followed closely by a trio of contenders tied for third place. Jim Kamis, Paul Simson and Emile Vaughan are all within striking distance heading into what is bound to be a wild finale.
