Entries now being accepted for Golf.com World Amateur Handicap Championship
Myrtle Beach, SC (April 16, 2012) -- Entries are being accepted for the 29th annual GOLF.com World Amateur Handicap Championship held August 27 - 31. More than 3000 amateur golfers are expected to play on 50-plus area layouts including the Norman, Fazio and Dye courses at Barefoot Resort, Caledonia Golf & Fish Club, True Blue Golf Plantation, TPC Myrtle Beach and King’s North at Myrtle Beach National. Registration for the four-day, 72-hole event is $425 through April 26, a $125 savings off of the regular entry fee of $550. Registration is available at

The gala features an extensive golf exposition, equipment demos, entertainment, open bars, concerts, prize drawings and food from fine area restaurants.
