Van Leuvan leads Georgia Super Senior by four
WOODSTOCK, Georgia (April 11, 2012) -- Richard Van Leuvan of Roswell posted a stellar 6-under 66 to take a four-shot lead after first-round play at the 2012 Georgia Super Senior Championship.
Van Leuvan is one of only three players in the red after Round 1 and will try to hold on Thursday in the final round at Capital City Club.
Jimmy Smith of Macon is holding steady at second place on the leaderboard following a 2-under 70 Wednesday while Johns Creek resident Don March is alone in third at 1-under.
