Palm Beach County Am: Meyers, Weeks lead
LAKE WORTH, Fla. (July 30, 2011) -- Jared Meyers and Mike Weeks are tied for the lead after two rounds in the 36th Palm Beach Kennel Club County Amateur Championship.
First round co leader Meyers shot a second round 74 for a two day total of even par 143. Weeks shot a 72 to go with his first round of 71.
One shot back with 144's are Chase Koepka (69-75) and Eoghan O'Connell (73-71).
The 36 hole cut for the low 60 and ties was 157.
FIRST ROUND RESULTS
Jared Meyers and Chase Koepka are tied for the first round lead with 3 under par 69's in the 36th Palm Beach Kennel Club County Amateur Championship.
Meyers and Koepka recorded their 69's at the Falls Golf & CC and will play Pine Tree Golf Club for Rd 2.
Tied for third with 70's are Pete Williams and Timothy Stieren and tied for 5th with 71's are Scott Wilson, Chris Hubman, Mike Weeks and Kenny Leech.
