Wisconsin (WSGA) Best-Ball Championship: Gullberg and Jacobsen Prevail
GREEN LAKE, WI (June 5, 2011) -- John Gullberg and Rob Jacobsen held on to a 1 up advantage for six straight holes to defeat Eric Busalacchi and Mike Riek, for the 2011 WSGA State Best-Ball Championship at the Golf Courses of Lawsonia.
Gullberg and Jacobsen got the finals by getting past Mike Hesselman and Derrick Meier 2 and 1. Mike Riek and Eric Busalacchi reached the final match by defeating Dave and Sean Foley in 19 holes

ABOUT THE Wisconsin Four-Ball
This two-man, four-ball scratch tournament
starts with 36-hole stroke play qualifying at two
different 18-hole golf courses before the low 32
teams
enter into match-play in order to determine the
champion. Team members do not have to be from
the
same WSGA member club. To be eligible, teams
must
have a combined WSGA Handicap Index of 12.0 or
less.
