Adams wins San Clemente City
SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. (Oct. 17, 2010) -- By a single shot, John Adams of San Clemente recorded a victory in the San Clemente City Championship, edging Jeff Coburn by shooting a 68 in the final round for a total of 138 on the weekend.

36-hole scratch tournament with a field of 160 of the
best amateur golfers in Southern
California. There will be 2 divisions, regular and
senior (55 and older). Cut after Saturday
to low 60 for regular and 20 for senior. Entry fee
includes golf, food, drink and tee prize
for those who make the cut. Past winners include

O'Meara, Kevin Na and Paul McGinley.
