Creel Wins Oklahoma Stroke Play Championship

EDMOND, OK (August 4) -- The 2010 Stroke Play Championship is complete. Congratulations to Josh Creel in capturing the championship. Creel finished with a 10 under par total 206. The tournament was played August 2-4 at Quail Creek Golf & Country Club in Oklahoma City. A big thanks to Kyle Flinton, staff and membership of Quail Creek for an outstanding event. ABOUT THE Oklahoma Stroke Play

Open to amateurs who are residents of Oklahoma, or full time students of an Oklahoma College or University. Participants must be a member of the OGA and have an active established USGA Handicap Index of 7.0 or less. Format is 54 Holes of stroke play. There will be a cut to the low 30 and ties after 36 Holes of stroke play.
