SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tenn. (May 16, 2010) -- University of Tennessee sophomore Stephan Jaeger shot a final-round 1-under 70 on Sunday and won the Signal Mountain Invitational at Signal Mountain Golf and Country Club.

It was a long day for Jaeger; he and and his group finished after 8:30 p.m. after the tournament was stopped twice Sunday for rain.

Jaeger finished at 11-under 202 (65-67-70), which was one shot off the tournament record. The 20-year-old was born in Munich, Germany. He recorded three top 5 finishes for the Mocs in 2009-2010, and fired 7 rounds in the 60's.

Former UTC golfer Brendon Wilson, finished four strokes behind.

Rounding out a heavy UTC field, assistant coach Ben Rickett was another shot back at 207, freshman Steven Fox was at 208 and Michael Morrison, who won the tournament in 2007 and 2008, was at 209.

amateurgolf.com member Andy White, who recently won the amateurgolf.com Two Man Links Championship at Bandon Dunes, Oregon with his brother Steve, finished a solid T6 at 211.
