FAIRHAVEN, MA (February 22, 2010)--When Titleist golf ball loyalist Ian Poulter wins, he does it in grand style. His performance at the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship was no exception. Trusting the Pro V1x for his success, Poulter swept through six world-class opponents en route to his first World Golf Championship crown and ninth career victory, all with a Titleist golf ball. The win launched him to a career-best No. 5 in the Official World Golf Ranking. With additional victories on the Champions, South African and Canadian Tours this week, Titleist players have accumulated 19 victories on the 2010 worldwide tours, more than six times the nearest competitor with three. Proof that for more of the world's best players, the consistency and performance of Titleist is unmatched.

TITLEIST ON TOUR HIGHLIGHTS FOR WEEK ENDING FEBRUARY 21, 2010

WGC - Ian Poulter (Pro V1x, 909F2 fairway metals, 909H hybrid, Vokey Design Spin Milled sand and lob wedges) captured the biggest victory of his career with a 4 and 2 win in the 36-hole final of the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship. Poulter was so dominant on the weekend that he trailed for only one hole over the final 50 holes of the tournament. Poulter's win marks his first PGA Tour victory to go along with his eight European Tour titles.

Camilo Villegas (Pro V1, 909H hybrid, Vokey Design Spin Milled wedges, Scotty Cameron putter) just missed out on the championship match after being edged in the semifinal that went 24 holes, the longest match of the week. Villegas rebounded to win the third place match in convincing fashion, 5 and 4.

Titleist was the overwhelming golf ball of choice at the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship with 28 players, more than three times the nearest competitor with 9. Titleist also tied for first in iron sets with 13 players; was first in sand, lob and approach wedges with 40; and tied for first in putters with 17 players. Titleist was also second in the driver category with 14 and hybrids with 10.

CHAMPIONS: Bernhard Langer (Pro V1, Vokey Design Spin Milled sand and lob wedges) knocked in a bunker shot for eagle on the first playoff hole to capture the Allianz Championship title. Langer birdied the final hole in regulation to tie the clubhouse leader at 17-under 199. Both players shot final round 5-under 67's. The victory marked the ninth career Champions Tour title for Langer.

Joey Sindelar (Pro V1x, New AP2 irons, Scotty Cameron putter) also shot 5-under 67 to finish alone in third place, one shot out of the playoff. Gene Jones (Pro V1x) finished solo fourth place a further shot back. Four Titleist Pro V1 players tied for fifth place, three shots behind the winner, including Tom Lehman, Tim Simpson, Mike Reid and Loren Roberts.

Titleist was the overwhelming golf ball choice at the Allianz Championship with 52 players, more than five times the nearest competitor with 10. In fact, 11 of the 13 players who finished among the top 10 and ties relied upon Titleist for their success. Titleist was also first in iron sets (26) and sand, lob and approach wedges (52).

PGA: Titleist golf ball loyalists Skip Kendall (Pro V1), Richard S. Johnson (Pro V1x), Briny Baird (Pro V1), Chad Collins (Pro V1x) and J.P. Hayes (Pro V1x) all tied for 4th at the Mayakoba Golf Classic with a score of 12-under 272. In fact, Kendall fired the lowest final round of the tournament, closing with a 7-under 64, and was followed by Johnson's 6-under 65.

Titleist was the golf ball of choice at the Mayakoba Golf Classic with 79 players, more than four times the nearest competitor with 19. Titleist was also first in iron sets with 32 players; sand, lob and approach wedges with 98; and putters with 42 in play. Titleist was second in the driver category with 20.

LPGA: Titleist was the overwhelming golf ball of choice at the Honda PTT LPGA Thailand with 40 players (67%), more than six times the nearest competitor with 6. Titleist golf ball loyalist Yani Tseng (Pro V1x) finished solo third.
