PALM CITY, Fla. – Andy Johncke of Palm Beach Gardens was the only golfer to break par Friday, winning by five strokes with a four under par 68 in the 15th Sheehan Realty Challenge at Piper’s Landing Country Club.

It was the third Challenge victory for Johncke, the others coming in 2002 at Emerald Dunes Golf Club and in 2004 at Boca Country Club. No only else has won the Challenge more than once. He made seven birdies, a bogey and a double bogey.

Harry Cooke of Jensen Beach was the net winner on a match of cards with Adam Murchison of Palm City after they tied with 70s. In the gross standings, Murchison was second at 73, Cooke third on 74. Cooke’s effort was enhanced by a hole-in-one with a 7-iron at the 173-yard seventh hole.
