BARDSTOWN, KY (August 1, 2006) -- Mickey & Michael Ray held off their competition with a combined total of 16 under par for a two day total of 128. After setting the pace at the scramble site, Woodlawn Springs, their 66 held up at Maywood to take home the 2006 KGA Father-Child Championship. Louisville's Darrell & Tyler Current came up just one shot short of the championship total and took second place for their efforts. The Father-Daughter division of the tournament ended in a tie and was decided by a scorecard playoff with Mike Stevenson & daughter Brandi Duckwall taking home the Schardein Cup. The Century Flight, which is composed of teammates whose ages combined reach to 100 years or older, was won by the team of Tom & Mike Brumfield with a score of 131.
