VISALIA, Calif. (Sept. 9, 2007)-- Tom Moshier took a two-stroke victory at Valley Oaks Golf Course to win the Visalia City Championship, going 67-70--137.
Amanda Robertson dominated the women's field, firing a 165 and taking a nine-stroke win over her two nearest competitors, Whitney Wade and Talia Senatore.
