Colorado (CGA/CWGA) Mixed Stableford Team Championship
GRANBY, CO (June 6, 2005) -- Laurie Steenrod, Saddle Rock GC and David Smith, Englewood GC, paired up to take the Overall Low Gross with 132 Stableford points at the CGA/CWGA Mixed Team Stableford Championship at Grand Elk Golf Course. The tournament is one of two CWGA state championships for mixed teams of CWGA and CGA members. The first round was played in extremely wet and cold weather conditions. The final round saw improvement in the weather and points accumulated. Kary Kaltenbacher and Kathleen Cox, both of Glenmoor CC, captured the Senior Gross division with 128 points.
