The Piper: Bauch and Burton nail seven birds
NAPLES, Fla. (April 19, 2007)-- Rick Bauch and Dan Burton of Naples, Florida, fired a 66 to take home the title at the 7th Annual Piper Tournament at The Club at Twin Eagles.
Bauch and Burton combined for seven birdies on the day, with Bauch repeating as champ. Last year his partner was Jim Klinke.
Glen Davis and Jack Richey finished second, aided by a birdie 2 at the 11th hole, while the Players Division (65+) was won by Connie Freeman and Ron Clayton.
