Tracy Chamberlin paces Kansas Senior Amateur field

WITCHITA, KS (August 15, 2016) -- Tracy Chamberlin is 4-under thanks to a 68 and the owner of a one-stroke lead heading into the final round of the Kansas Senior Amateur at Rolling Hills Country Club.
Chamberlin bogeyed his opening hole before responding with birdies on Nos. 3, 4 and 8 to reach 2-under. Still at 2-under following a birdie and a bogey Chamberlin carded birds on 14 and 15.
Tim McKinnis and Kevin Belknap are tied for second following 3-under 69's.
McKinnis got as low as 6-under through his first 10 holes before playing the final eight holes in 3-over.
Belknap tallied four birdies and a bogey during his first round.
Steve Sloan and Charlie Schorgl are 2-under and tied for fourth.

Must be an member of the Kansas Golf
Association. 36 holes of individual stroke play with
two
divisions: Championship (any age 50+) and Super
Senior (60+). Players that wish to compete for the
overall championship must enter the Championship
Division. Gross and net champions to be determined
in
each division.
