Higton, Scott make it three in a row at Sandpiper Invitational

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — Jason Higton and Jordan Scott won the Sandpiper Invitational at Sandpiper Golf Club for the third consecutive year. The pair jumped out to a two-shot lead after firing 64 in the first round, and after 69 on Sunday were crowned three-peat champions.

Jeremy Moreno and Brandon Gama, who were in second place through 18 holes, remained in that position and took the runner-up spot after also shooting 69 on Sunday.

Rick Taniguchi and Bobby Combs grabbed third place with a pair of 68s, while Robert Erling and Todd Stires secured fourth just a stroke behind third. Full results can be found at the link provided below.
