ABOUT FUTURE CHAMPIONS GOLF
Future Champions Golf was founded in 2003 by
PGA Teaching Professional Chris Smeal,
PGA as an instruction based program for all
levels of junior golfers. With immediate
success in helping kids love the game and take
their game to the tournament level and
then the collegiate level, Chris saw a need for a
tournament program. In 2007, FCG
launched the Callaway Golf Challenge Tour as a
San Diego based 36-hole Nationally
Ranked Tournament Series. The tour was well-
received and quickly built a reputation
for
providing a PGA Tour-like experience for an
affordbale price for families. The tour is
now
comprised of more than 10 "World Series"
events, as well as 10 "National Series"
events, plus many more.
