Casseta, Gies take one-shot lead into N.C. Four-Ball final round
RALEIGH, N.C. (Oct. 4, 2014) — After beng bunched at the top at 65 at the conclusion of Friday's round, the best-ball duo of Chris Casseta and David Gies, II went one stroke lower in the second round to take a slim lead with 18 holes remaining.

After rounds of 65 and 64, the pair leads Gary Robinson and Brian Dreier (back-to-back 65's) and two other groups who are two back in third place.

Six groups all together are within four shots of the leading group heading into Sunday's final round at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, N.C.

ABOUT THE North Carolina Four-Ball

Open to any male amateur golfer 13 or older. Must be a resident of North Carolina and a member of a CGA member club. Format is 54 holes of four-ball stroke play with a cut to the low 30 scores and ties.
