Chris Benestante wins Bluebonnet Cup by two
AUSTIN, Texas (Sept. 15, 2014) — Chris Benestante shot rounds of 68, 72, and 67 over the weekend at the Bluebonnet Cup Golf Tournament in Austin, Texas, winning by two shots.

Benestante trailed Jay Reynolds by a stroke heading into the final round by Reynolds shot 70, allowing Benestante's final-round 67 — which was tied for lowest of the day — to climb into the lead.

Finishing in third was Tim Mitchell, who shot 71-72-69.

In the Senior Division, Peach Reynolds took the title shooting 67-74-72. He won his division by four shots and also finished in fourth in the Championship Division, six shots back of Benestante.
