Howson, Storck tied for lead at Maryland Senior Amateur
MYERSVILLE, Md. (September 8, 2014) — Two 68's were fired at Musket Ridge Golf Club on Monday's first-round play at the Maryland Senior Amateur. John Howson and Larry Storck were those two men, and they lead the rest of the field by two shots heading into the final day.
Henry Blue, Martin West, and Mike Occi trail by two after two-under par rounds of 70.

This tournament is open to male amateurs
who
are residents of Maryland or members of
member clubs of the
Maryland State Golf Association. Entrants
must
have reached their 55th birthday by the
start
of the tournament. The
tournament will be 36 holes stroke play.
The
low 24 scores and ties will play a second
18
holes the following day.
