PALM CITY , Fla. – Pete Williams of Juno Beach and Darryl Osler of West Palm Beach posted their second straight eight under par 64 Saturday for a tournament record 128 in winning the 20th annual Palm Beach County Senior Four-Ball at The Fox Club.

After a bogey-free performance Friday, Williams and Osler had nine birdies and a bogey Saturday in four-ball stroke play to win by six. In the super seniors for players 60- 69, Mark Rubin of Coconut Creek made a 15- foot birdie putt for the win the third time he and Vic Gerard of Palm Beach Gardens played the par-5 18th hole in a playoff. They had tied with Dann Merrell, West Palm Beach , and Ron Fisher, Delray Beach , at 143. Among the Legends 70 and older, Jan Blick and Gerry Barnett of Palm Beach Gardens won by three with 65-70—135. They had topped the super seniors flight in 2010 on PGA National’s Estate layout.

There were 26 teams in three age groups. Next on the Palm Beach County Golf Association calendar: May 31-June 1, Stroke Play, Banyan GC, West Palm Beach . For membership information and tournament entry, go to www.pbcga.org.
