AMBLER, Penn. (May 8, 2014) -- Fresh off a contribution to the winning Concession Cup team, Chip Lutz won the 80th Francis B. Warner Cup.

At Talamore Country Club, Lutz shot 1-under 70 to win by three shots at the prestigious 18-hole stroke-play event held by the Golf Association of Philadelphia.

Lutz was three shots better than Ed Chylinski, Christopher Lange and Byron Whitman who all tied for second place.

ABOUT THE Francis Warner Cup

Format: Eighteen hole individual stroke play.

Eligibility: Open to Senior male golfers, 55 years of age and older. Players must be members of a Member Club with a USGA Handicap Index of 7.0 or lower. A Super Senior may play in the "Seniors Tournament," play to be from the Senior Tees.
