LOUISVILLE, Ky. (April 22, 2014) -- Senior Members of the Kentucky Golf Association had to wait an extra week for their Spring Special, but it proved to be well worth it. Big Spring Country Club was in full bloom on April 22 and weather conditions were ideal for both the morning and afternoon waves of tee times.
The Mid-Senior Division (for ages 40-54) kicked off the morning results. Jason Greer of Louisville took home Low Gross honors with a round of 78. Dr. Craig Burrows of Morehead won Low Net with a 73.
The always popular Super Senior Division (ages 70+) came out swinging with some fantastic scores for early April golf and the long, difficult rough at Big Spring.
Gross Winners include: Ralph Mitchell of Shelbyville (76), Clay Morris of Louisville (80), Jerry Edwards of Louisville (82) and Vernon Denham of Louisville (83).
