The Harmon: K-Club tops Floridian, Carlton Woods

PALM CITY, Fla. (April 6, 2014) -- The team from the K Club served up a knockout in the form of a second straight score of 132 to win the overall title at The Harmon at the Floridian.
The winning team, made up of Eoghan O'Connell, Aidan Browne and Brett and Dery Desmond were three-shot winners over the quartet from the host club, Giles Kibbe, Jim Crane, tournament director Kevin Marsh and tournament honoree Butch Harmon.
The Floridian squad entered Round 2 three shots back of the first-round leaders from Carlton Woods.
That team, which includes Jason Alexander, Jason Ellis, Ralph McIngvale and Bud Baker, finished alone in third place.
The Harmon is a four person club-team event honoring Butch Harmon that puts some of the top golf clubs in the country against each other. Among the participating teams at this year's event were Winged Foot, Seminole, Pine Valley.

ABOUT THE The Harmon
International four-ball event honoring Butch
Harmon. This two day event consists of four-man
teams representing various golf clubs throughout the
world. Each team will comprise of an “A”, “B”, “C”, and
“D” players based off their current handicap indexes.
The team with the lowest two-day (90 – hole) score will
be crowned The Harmon Champion.
