Colorado (CGA/CWGA) Mixed Stableford Team Championship
SILVERTHORNE, CO (June 4, 2006) -– The 2006 CWGA/CGA Mixed Stableford Team Championship hosted by The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks concluded today. Wendy Veto of Lakewood CC and Robert Bedan of Boomerang GC won the overall low gross title in the Open Division while Liz Kennedy of Tiara Rado GC and Alan Vean of Bear Creek GC took the overall low gross honors in the Senior Division. Overall low net in the Open Division went to Sue Hartwell of West Woods GC and Jack McCutchen of Fossil Trace GC while overall low net in the Senior Division went to Rebecca and Roy Kenny of Plum Creek GC.
Gross and Net Stableford points were awarded as follows: Double Eagle=10, Eagle=6, Birdie=4, Par=2, Bogey=1, Double Bogey=0, Triple Bogey or higher=-2.
