S. Carolina Four-Ball: Macolly, Hewitt prevail
BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. (Oct. 6, 2013) -- Tyler Macolly and Andrew Hewitt shot a tournament low round of 64 for a two day total of 131 to take the title in the Players Four Ball Championship at Columbia Country Club. The Spartanburg duo managed eight birdies in their final twelve holes of the day to break away from a nine team tie after the first round. Finishing tied for second were Chase Sturkie and Hunter Watkins along with Kevin Hester and Tom Kennaday at 133. Defending Champions Eddie Hargett and Whit Suber finished at six under 138.

In the First Flight Ron Clontz and Todd Hendley shot a second round score of 65 for a two shot victory at 136. Doug Edwards and Mark Torres squeaked out a one shot victory in the Second Flight.
