Penn. Mid-Am: DeNunzio, Brown share lead
PRESTO, Penn. (Sept. 16, 2013) -- David DeNunzio fired a first-round 3-under 69 and sits tied alongside David Brown at the top of the leaderboard after one round of play at the 20th annual Pennsylvania Mid-Amateur at The Club at Nevillewood.
Brown and DeNunzio share a one-shot lead over the field and a quartet of contenders that includes Sean Knapp at 2-under 70.
Second and final-round action continues Tuesday morning from Nevillewood.

ABOUT THE Pennsylvania Mid-Amateur
36-hole stroke play event open to open to any male
amateur golfer who is a member of a club belonging
to
the Pennsylvania Golf Association and is 25 years of
age or older. Qualifying is required for those who do
not meet the exemption criteria.
