AMERICAN FORK, Utah (July 19, 2013) -- Scott Fairbanks has a two stroke lead going into the final round of the Utah Senior Amateur being played at Fox Hollow Golf Course in American Fork. Fairbanks has been under par in the first two rounds with scores of 70-67-137 and is being closely pursued by Kirk Siddens, just two shots back, and Jeff Powars, trailing by three shots. Those three players are the only ones under par and it will take a strong final round for anyone else to snare the title at this point.

Siddens won the UGA Senior Match Play title earlier this year and is seeking a sweep of the senior titles. Fairbanks has played very strong in the first two rounds, but has played inconsistently at times this year and with Siddens and Powars breathing down his neck the outcome is long from being determined.
