FREDERICK, Md. (July 18, 2013) -- Steven Delmar fired rounds of 67-69--136 (8-under) to win by two shots at the 11th Maryland Amateur Public Links at Clustered Spires.
Delmar bested Pete DeTemple (69-69--138) and Chuck Thatcher (68-70--138) by two shots.
