Ravenwood Golf Club is a Robin Nelson designed beauty in the finger lakes region of upstate New York. Golf Digest course critic Ron Whitten had this to say about Ravenwood, which he played a day after a tour around Rochester's famous Oak Hill Country Club:
"When I stepped onto the first tee at Ravenwood Golf Club, a new daily-fee in the Rochester suburb of Victor, N.Y., my first thought was: 'This must be what Oak Hill looked like 80 years ago.'"
