Tournament Overview

The Parent-Child Championship will once again return to the Walt Disney World Resort for a weekend full of family fun. Everyone over the age of 6 is welcome to play in the event in either the Junior or Regular division. The Regular division will play 18 holes of modified alternate shot each day while the Junior division will play 9 holes of modified alternate shot using Stableford scoring each day. The Parent-Child Championship is open to everyone. There is no maximum age limitation for parent or child. (A 40 year old is eligible to compete with his father). At least one entrant of each team must be a member of FSGA or FWSGA. There is no maximum age limitation for parent or child. Grandparents may also play with grandchildren. Junior (child is 6-12 years of age)

Regular (child is age 13 or older)

Must be age 6 or older as of the tournament date. A child 6-12 years of age can move up to regular division, but a child age 13 or older may not move down. There will not be any gender-based divisions, but four sets of tees will be utilized: Regular men, Regular women, Jr./Sr. men and Jr./Sr. women (Seniors age 55 and older will move up to play the same tee as the 13-14 year old juniors).
